RENTAL POLICY

We’re offering one week or two weeks rental cycles for customers within the U.S only. If you wish to add another week, please contact us. For theater/film projects, we’d allow you to rent our item(s) from a week prior to the dress rehearsal/first shooting day to the day after the closing day/the end of the last shooting day for the same amount for our two weeks rental fee. All rental customers are required to accept the terms and conditions on our rental agreement and fill in the contract that you will see in a pop-up window when you add an item in the shopping cart.

Cutting and use of glue is prohibited. Having a permanent alteration, or having damaged or lost items is subject to be charged for full retail value. Cleaning and return shipping fee are on us!

SHIPPING OPTIONS

 

We are located in the town of East Hampton, New York. We’re offering free local (Southampton to Montauk) delivery & pickup.

For rental customers from outside of the Hamptons within the U.S, please choose UPS for security.

For sale items, we will ship worldwide. FREE local delivery. FREE return for rental items.

We will always try to upgrade the shipping speed when possible. You will receive a confirmation by email when your order has shipped/delivered.

HOW TO RETURN RENTAL ITEM(S)

 

Thank you for treating our beloved clothes gently. Cleaning is on us, you can just return the item(s) when you’re done. However, kindly please air-dry by hanging it for a few hours if it gets sweaty before you bag it. If you spill something on, please spot-clean with a damp cloth with some soap by dabbing the spot on a clean-dry towel or paper napkin.

When you’re ready to return the rental item(s), please hang and bag the way you received it/them, place in the same box. Put the prepaid shipping label that we include over the original label.

We also provide our eco-friendly packing tape to reseal the box. The tape has glue, apply some water using a sponge or paper napkin.

Please drop it off at your nearest UPS shop by the seventh day of your rental period, or a late fee for each additional week(s) will apply.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. We offer a refund/exchange within 7 days of receipt of order on all new items for sale. The items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Pre-owned and vintage sale or rental items are non-refundable.

MADE TO ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Once we receive your payment for your order, we will start making the item(s) from the next business day. Should you wish to request your cancelation, please contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund for a cancelation received within 24 hours from the time when you place your order. Cancellation after 72 hours, 10 % will be deducted from the refund. Cancellation after the item is made, 20% will be deducted from the refund. Custom order is non-refundable once the material is cut.
